Delivery and Returns Policy
- Our standard delivery fee for UK mainland is £15.00. This will go on to vary based on the number of items ordered and the size of the packaging. You will be notified of any delivery charges at the time of your quote
- Please note delivery service is usually next day, from when your made to order product is ready, lead times of course vary based on product type, finish and quantities
- European delivery charges usually start from £50.00 (including UK offshore) with North America from £75.00. For further information on these options, and all other Countries, please contact our sales office
RETURNS, REFUNDS, SHORTAGES OR DAMAGED GOODS:
Should you wish to return anything, we would be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is returned in its original packaging and in unused condition. Returns should be made within 14 days of delivery. There is no restocking charge applied to the return of standard finishes, for specialist finishes, please contact the sales office. Antique Gold however cannot be returned.Return of Goods after this period is on a negotiated basis only and may be subject to a restocking charge usually between 5%-25% depending on size of product. Please note that the seller will only accept the return of polished brass, chrome or nickel finished product. No bespoke, specially made or adjusted measurement product can be returned, regardless of its finish.
Collections organised by yourself or on your behalf, may incur additional charges.
Assessment of returned goods will rest with us.
Any shortages of goods or goods damaged on delivery must be notified to us, by telephone, email or in writing within 48 hours from the receipt of the goods.
All product must be water tested where necessary, prior to final installation, if any product is deemed faulty, at the installation point, it must be confirmed to us via telephone, e-mail or in writing within 14 days from receipt of goods.
