Conditions of Guarantee

1. Our Products are guaranteed for a period of 1 year (non-commercial usage) from date purchased unless stated otherwise.
2. There is a 2 year warranty on chrome and nickel finishes. All key tap parts (valves and o’rings) will be replaced at least once if required. Warranty does not cover shower parts.
3. Any refunds are only provided for unused products, and within 14 days of the delivery
4. The product should be cleaned with a soft, damp cloth and the use of any solvents, chemicals or other cleaning agents must be strictly avoided.
5. As our policy is one of continuous improvements, colour, decoration and/or product changes may give reason for supplying alternatives
6. Clear evidence of a manufacturing fault is required in the case of a replacement product, this may also involve returning the original product to be examined for manufacturing defects
7. All claims must be conducted via the retailer who supplied the goods.
8. This guarantee is given in addition to and does not affect your statutory right
   *NOTE: Any guarantee/warranty is immediately invalid if product has been poorly maintained or damaged.
